Certifications

Messiah University offers teacher preparation in a wide range of elementary, middle (grades 4-8), secondary (grades 7-12) and K-12 areas. All of our teacher certification programs are approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Education. The table below provides the name of each certification area, grade levels, and the academic department that sponsors each program.
